Join us at Friarwood Parsons Green for a special Italian Wine Tasting with Cascina Ebreo and Chef Federica – an immersive journey through the revolutionary wines of these Piedmont iconoclasts.

What to Expect:

• Taste four distinctive Cascina Ebreo wines – Alea - stunning skin-contact white wine, Sinche, Sauvignon Blanc fermented in oak barriques, Rosso - sumptuous Italian red blend and Segreto - a small plot Barbera, reminiscent of Burgundy Grand Cru.
  
• Enjoy a gourmet canape and a trio of seasonal small plates crafted by Chef Federica, an Italian chef with a deep passion for her culinary roots. Formerly of  NoMad Hotel, Federica blends traditional Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Her dishes are thoughtfully created to complement the bold, expressive wines of Cascina Ebreo - a cantina known for its artisanal, terroir-driven approach.
