Nestled in Venezuela’s Macarapana Valley, where the Chuare River flows, Ron Carúpano has been crafting exceptional rum for over 260 years. Established in 1762 by Spanish Captain Félix del Fierro at Hacienda Altamira, it blends time-honoured techniques with modern innovation.

Ron Carúpano rums are distilled from carefully selected high-proof spirits and pure spring water from the estate, aged in American white oak barrels to develop remarkable depth and complexity. Under the expertise of Carmen López de Bastidas, Venezuela’s first Rum Master, each blend is meticulously crafted, offering a symphony of flavour and aroma.

      Really impressed with this one. Crisp, fresh, and super easy to drink, with nice citrus and a subtle biscuit note. Perfect size for a treat without opening a full bottle. Feels more premium than the price suggests, would definitely buy again.
