Friarwood Christmas 2025 Competition – Terms and Conditions

Win a Magnum of Friarwood Champagne or a Rare Ron Carúpano 1996 Rum.

This Christmas, we’re rewarding our most loyal customers. Spend £800 or more between 15th November and 15th December 2025 – online, in-store, or both – and you’ll be entered to win one of two exceptional prizes. Every £800 spent counts as an additional entry.

Two winners will be drawn on 16th December, just in time for Christmas.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • A valid UK address is required for prize delivery.

  • Proof of identity and age (e.g. passport or driving licence) may be required from the winners.

  • Employees of Friarwood, their immediate families, and members of their household are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

  • To qualify for entry, customers must spend a minimum of £800 (including VAT) on Friarwood products between 15th November and 15th December 2025 (inclusive).

  • Qualifying purchases may be made online, in-store, or as a combination of both.

  • Customers must have or create a Friarwood account so total spend can be tracked.

  • Spend can be accumulated across multiple orders within the qualifying period.

  • Each £800 spent qualifies as one entry; multiple entries are permitted for each additional £800 spent.

  • Only completed and validated orders are eligible. Cancelled or refunded orders will not count.

3. No Purchase Necessary

  • To enter without making a purchase, email info@friarwood.com with the subject line “Christmas Prize Competition 2025”, including your full name, address, phone number, and date of birth.

  • One entry per person via this method.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random on 16th December 2025 from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact details associated with their Friarwood account or provided entry.

  • Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Fulfilment

  • Prizes will be available for collection or delivery to a UK mainland address prior to Christmas 2025.

  • Friarwood is not responsible for any damage or delay to prizes once dispatched.

7. General Terms

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • Friarwood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

  • Any fraudulent, incomplete, or manipulated entries will result in disqualification.

  • Personal data will only be used for the administration of this competition and in accordance with Friarwood’s Privacy Policy.

  • By accepting a prize, winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity, including the use of their first name and photo on Friarwood’s website or social media channels.

  • Friarwood accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or damaged due to network, hardware, or software issues.
