Founded in 1904 by Gabriel Bruneteau in Saint-Aubin-de-Blaye, Vignobles Gabriel & Co has grown from a family estate into a pioneering collective on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. Today, under the vision of Jean-François Réaud, the estate unites local growers with a commitment to quality, fairness, and sustainability. This Château Graves du Champs des Chails 2023 is part of the Fair for Life project, ensuring fair pricing for growers and responsible supply chains. Made from 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Malbec, the wine reflects the rich terroir of Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux with elegance and balance.
TASTING NOTES
Bright aromas of cherry and blackcurrant mingle with delicate toasted notes. The palate is supple and rounded, with generous fruit expression and smooth tannins. Fresh and elegant, it finishes with a pleasant lift, showcasing the vibrancy of the 2023 vintage.
