This is a lovely drinking wine from the LesClos Vessats vineyard. It balances citrus with some buttery richness and minerality from the clay limestone soils. It finishes smooth and is very versatile. We regularly enjoy this wine with white meats. It brings elegance to the dinner table!

TASTING NOTES

Brilliant, intense gold with fine, persistent bubbles (extended lees ageing). A refined bouquet of hawthorn and white flowers evolves to toasted brioche, marzipan and ripe pear. The palate is full-bodied yet elegant: the freshness of Chardonnay woven with the richness of Pinot Noir, finishing rounded, fruity and precise. A superb non-vintage Champagne for both aperitif and the table.
