ABOUT THE GIN
Croft-crafted on the Isle of Lewis, this is the first gin distilled in Stornoway—capturing the spirit of the Hebrides in a bright, aromatic London Dry style. Made by The Lews Distillery on historic croft land, Stornoway Gin celebrates island provenance with locally foraged botanicals and a clean, contemporary profile.
TASTING NOTES
A lively citrus punch leads—think lemon and grapefruit zest—woven with a gentle floral sweetness from heather and gorse flower. Cubeb adds cool peppery lift, cassia brings warm spice, and the finish is long, dry and welcoming, like a Hebridean sea breeze.
