ABOUT THE WINE
Crafted by Caves des Pouilly-sur-Loire—an acclaimed co-operative of grower-families—Les Vignes de Tracy showcases Pouilly-Fumé’s flinty terroir and classical, low-intervention Sauvignon Blanc winemaking. The 2024 release leans into purity, tension and aromatic lift, capturing the appellation’s hallmark finesse.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas of lime zest, green apple and gooseberry glide over subtle white flowers and the region’s signature “pierre à fusil” (smoky-flinty) note. The palate is crisp and racy, with crystalline citrus, orchard fruit and saline minerality driving a long, mouth-watering finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Outstanding with oysters, shellfish and lemon-butter fish; goat’s cheese tart, grilled asparagus, sushi or a warm ratatouille topped with chèvre. Serve well-chilled.
