Winemakers in Burgundy since 1453, the current generation of the Nudant family manages some 16 hectares of small parcels dotted throughout the Cote d'Or. Vineyard work is all carried out by hand, in the spirit of minimal intervention.
TASTING NOTES
The enticing bouquet reveals aromas of ripe golden apple, stone fruit, and white flowers, accompanied by a delicate hint of toasted hazelnut. The palate is rich and velvety, showcasing a harmonious balance between fruit, minerality, and well-integrated oak. As the wine evolves, it unveils layers of flavours such as honeydew melon, citrus zest, and a touch of buttery brioche, culminating in a lasting, elegant finish.
