ABOUT THE SPIRIT

The first new distillery to be opened on the Isle of Skye for 190 years, Torabhaig began distilling in January 2017. Based around a 19^th Century farmstead, the distillery aims to produce a whisky which expresses the wild majesty of the Isle of Skye – robust, expressive, heavily peated. Allt Gleann, the second release in the Legacy Series, bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration. Bottled in small batches drawn from no more than 30 casks each.

TASTING NOTES

Pleasantly fragrant peat & touch of citrus on the nose, followed by a creamy palate. Subtle sweet smoke & spice on the palate. The finish is well balanced and long.
