Founded in 1977 by Jacques and Françoise Boyer, Domaine de la Croix Belle has grown into one of the Languedoc’s most respected estates. Nestled on the slopes of the Cévennes, just north of Béziers in southern France, the domaine spans 110 hectares and is renowned for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
Les Champs des Grillons Rosé 2024 is a certified organic wine, crafted from a blend of southern French grape varieties. It represents everything we love about the modern Languedoc style: approachable, expressive, and effortlessly elegant. This rosé is made with pleasure in mind – light, refreshing, and beautifully presented.
TASTING NOTES
Pale salmon-pink in colour, this charming rosé opens with delicate aromas of wildflowers, redcurrant, and a subtle hint of white pepper. The palate is crisp and finely balanced, showcasing soft raspberry and strawberry notes, lifted by bright acidity and a whisper of citrus zest. Clean, dry, and mouth-wateringly refreshing, with a smooth, mineral finish.
