ABOUT THE WINE
An elevated, dealcoholised Syrah from selected dryland-farmed vineyards in Darling, South Africa. Atlantic breezes and decomposed-granite/clay soils give ripeness with freshness. Alcohol is gently removed to <0.5% ABV using spinning-cone technology under vacuum at low temperature to preserve colour, body and flavour. A touch of French oak during malolactic fermentation adds structure and depth.

TASTING NOTES
Deep ruby colour with bright blackberry and black cherry aromas, hints of spice and a subtle oak note. The palate is crisp, fruity and textured, with a gentle tannin grip that fills out the mid-palate and a dry, moreish finish. “Pleasingly satisfying and moreish.” — Richard Bamfield MW
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect with wood-fired pizza, mushroom risotto, grilled vegetables, roast chicken, BBQ spice rubs, and hard cheeses. Serve lightly chilled (14–16°C).
