From the heart of Gavi DOCG in the prized Cà da Meo zone, Magda Pedrini Gavi di Gavi 2024 showcases Cortese at its most elegant. Owner-winemaker Magda Pedrini farms her historic eight-hectare estate at high density, crafting around 20,000 bottles that faithfully express Gavi’s limestone-rich terroir and naturally vibrant style.
TASTING NOTES
Pale straw with green glints. A lifted nose of pear, green apple and white peach wrapped in acacia blossom and a hint of almond skin. The palate is crisp, saline and finely textured, with citrus brightness (lemon zest, mandarin pith) and a clean, mineral finish. Fresh, refined and ultra-drinkable.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect with mixed seafood, crudo and grilled white fish, delicate starters, salads, vegetable flans, roast chicken and soft cheeses. Equally lovely as an aperitivo.
