ABOUT THE WINE
The Nudant family has been crafting wine in Burgundy since 1453, with the current generation managing 16 hectares of vineyards across the Côte d’Or. All vineyard work is done by hand, embracing a philosophy of minimal intervention to preserve terroir expression. The 2022 Bourgogne Pinot Noir is sourced from old vines in Ladoix-Serrigny, a village at the northern edge of the Côte de Beaune, known for producing vibrant, elegant red wines.
TASTING NOTES
A bright and juicy expression of Pinot Noir, with aromas of red cherry, strawberry, and a subtle undertone of savoury spice. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, showcasing the intensity and balance that comes from low-yielding, 50+ year-old vines. Silky texture and vibrant acidity lead to a refined finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Versatile and food-friendly, this Bourgogne red wine pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled root vegetables, or veal saltimbocca. Also an excellent choice with lighter meat dishes or charcuterie.

From a village often overlooked, this Bourgogne Pinot Noir punches above its weight. Crafted from mature vines in Ladoix-Serrigny, only 10,000 bottles were produced — a charming, easy-drinking Burgundy with real character.
