ABOUT THE GIN

Handcrafted by Distillers of Surrey in the village of Ripley, Sherlock & Sons was founded by head distiller Simon Sherlock to make small-batch, artisan spirits with community at their core. The Solstice Edition is a London Dry Gin built on eight delicately balanced botanicals, led by a classic juniper core, elderflower florals and zesty pink grapefruit.

TASTING NOTES

Bright and lifted. Juniper up front, a burst of grapefruit zest, and soft elderflower bloom; clean, refreshing palate with a dry, gently peppered finish—ideal for long serves.

PERFECT SERVE

G&T: Plenty of ice, premium tonic, twist of pink grapefruit peel.
Elderflower G&T: Premium elderflower tonic, pink grapefruit slice.
Martini: Dry, lemon twist or a grapefruit coin.
Spritz: Grapefruit soda, a dash of elderflower cordial, fresh mint.
