Terms and Conditions for Christmas 2024 Competition

1. Eligibility:
   • Open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
   • A valid UK address is required for prize delivery.
   • Proof of identity and age (such as a scanned ID) may be required from the winner.
2. How to Enter:
   • Each order of £50 or more placed either in-store or online starting on 4th November until 18th December inclusive qualifies as one entry.
   • Multiple entries are permitted for multiple orders.
   • An additional entry can be earned by entering "Christmas Prize" at checkout online (limited to one additional entry per user/account). All entries must be submitted by 18th December to be eligible.
3. Prize:
   • One winner will receive a 3L bottle of Domaine Nudant Volnay 1er Cru 'Les Santenots' 2020, value of which is £340.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.
4. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be chosen at random on 19th December.
   • The winner will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 24 hours.
   • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, another winner will be selected.
5. Order Validation:
   • Only validated and completed orders are eligible for entry.
   • Canceled or returned orders will not qualify.
6. Delivery:
   • The prize will be available for collection or delivery to the winner before Christmas and limited to UK mainland.
7. General:
   • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • Friarwood reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
   • Fraudulent entries or any attempts to manipulate the competition will result in disqualification.
   • Competition starts November 4th until December 18th 2024.
   • No purchase necessary. To enter without making a purchase, please email info@friarwood.com with the subject line - 'Christmas Prize Competition, 2024' and include your name, address, phone number and date of birth to make a valid entry. One entry per customer.
   • Personal data will only be used for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
   • Employees of Friarwood and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to win.
   • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including the use of their first name and photo, on Friarwood’s social media and/or website accounts.
   • Friarwood will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed entries due to network, hardware or software issues. Nor will Friarwood be responsible for any damage caused to the prize during transit.
