ABOUT THE WINE
Reva Winery, nestled in Monforte d'Alba, is an estate with a rich history dating back to 1867. In 2013, under the visionary leadership of Miroslav Lekes, the winery experienced a complete transformation, embracing organic and sustainable practices. With renowned oenologist Gianluca Colombo guiding production, Reva has become a benchmark for exceptional, small-batch Piedmont wines. Spanning 7.5 hectares, the vineyard prioritizes quality over quantity, creating wines that showcase the region's finest grape varieties.
TASTING NOTES
Crafted from 50-year-old vines, this Dolcetto d’Alba delivers a vibrant bouquet of red and dark cherries, accentuated by subtle notes of crushed violets and dark plum. On the palate, the wine is both silky and rich, revealing layers of liquorice, prune, and a touch of spice. Its approachable nature is balanced by a refreshing acidity, making it a versatile and elegant food-friendly wine. For a refreshing twist, serve it slightly chilled on warm summer days.
