The 2020 N.7 Red Wine from Domaine La Croix Belle is a bold, expressive Languedoc red blend, crafted from seven carefully selected grape varieties. Each is vinified separately in oak barrels before blending — a technique that reflects the meticulous approach of Jacques and Françoise Boyer, who founded the estate in 1977 on the slopes of the Cévennes, north of Béziers in Southern France.
Over the years, the Boyers have transformed the 110-hectare estate through vineyard replanting and cellar modernisation. Now fully certified for organic wine production, Domaine La Croix Belle delivers exceptional value and character across its range, with the N.7 blend standing out as a flagship expression of the region’s quality.
TASTING NOTES
Aged for one year in oak before blending, the 2020 N.7 Red reveals intense aromas of blackberry, mulberry, prune, and spiced black pepper. Subtle earthy tones, espresso, and mocha add depth. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with refined tannins, gentle smokiness, and a long, polished finish. A complex yet balanced red wine from Languedoc, offering structure, richness, and elegance.
