ABOUT THE WINE
Telish winery was built in the late 1960's but was a state-owned monopoly until recently, when it was bought in 1999 by Jair Agopian. His main focus is on producing complex, high quality wines. Telish winery can be considered as a leader of the new image of Bulgarian wines. Michel Rolland is the exclusive winemaking-consultant for this estate.
TASTING NOTES
Bright, transparent colour with pale straw nuance. Juicy and attractive, the nose is dominated by white fruits - pineapple, and grapefruit. The body is with medium structure, fresh and elegant with fruity finish and white pepper aftertaste. Well-structured.
FOOD PAIRING
Good with salami and cold meat starters, as well as fish and chicken.
