A brand produced by the co-operative Caves des Pouilly-sur-Loire, who receive and vinify the harvests of independent growers from throughout the region.
TASTING NOTES
Golden colour with a green reflection. Aromas of Citrus and gooseberry. Crisp, upfront, fine and mineral wine. It shows complexity in the mouth with a long lingering aftertaste and a slight acidity.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal for the classic pairing, goats cheese; also excellent with crisp seafood dishes.
