ABOUT THE WINE
The 2022 Cuvée N.7 White from Domaine de la Croix Belle offers an expressive and layered profile. Established in 1977 by Jacques and Françoise Boyer, the estate is located on the slopes of the Cévennes, just north of Béziers in Languedoc, Southern France. With 110 hectares planted to 16 different grape varieties, the domaine produces a diverse and high-quality range of wines, known for their balance, complexity, and value. Extensive vineyard replanting and modernisation of the cellar have helped position this family-run estate among the region’s most dynamic producers.
TASTING NOTES
Each grape variety is vinified separately, fermented in French oak, and aged on the lees for 8 to 9 months. The result is a beautifully structured Languedoc white wine with vibrant aromas of citrus, pineapple, and passion fruit. The palate reveals layers of honey, vanilla, and a refined nutty finish, all balanced by fresh acidity and texture from the lees ageing.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect with grilled whole fish, especially with lemon and butter, or paired with roast chicken, turkey, or other lightly seasoned white meats.
