ABOUT THE WINE
Domaine Vincent Bouzereau, based in the heart of Meursault, cultivates 18 hectares across the Côte de Beaune. With over 10 generations of winemaking heritage, the Bouzereau family is deeply rooted in Burgundy’s viticultural tradition. Vincent, a passionate and hands-on vigneron, places the health of his vines at the core of his philosophy, crafting expressive wines that reflect each terroir’s character. This Corton Grand Cru Les Fiètres 2021 showcases the estate's finesse and respect for its prestigious Grand Cru site.
TASTING NOTES
Brilliant ruby in colour, the 2021 vintage opens with lifted aromas of fresh cherry, wild strawberry and dried rose petals. On the palate, vibrant red fruit is layered with hints of clove, forest floor and subtle oak spice. Silky tannins and bright acidity lead to a long, elegant finish that promises excellent ageing potential.
FOOD PAIRING
An ideal match for veal in mushroom sauce, roast duck, or pigeon with truffle jus. It also pairs beautifully with creamy cheeses such as Brie de Meaux or Époisses.

This wine is 100% Pinot Noir, barrel-fermented and aged with around one-third new oak. The 2021 vintage is classically styled, with purity, freshness and restraint – a fine example of Grand Cru Corton from one of Meursault’s most respected producers.
