ABOUT THE WINE
Founded in 1895, the Cave de Ribeauvillé is the oldest wine cooperative in France, and a pioneer of quality winemaking in Alsace. Owned by a collective of passionate growers, the cooperative controls some of the finest vineyard parcels in the region, producing a broad and expressive range of wines. The Collection Vendanges Manuelles line reflects the cooperative's commitment to hand-harvesting and meticulous vineyard work, showcasing the purity and precision of Alsatian varietals.
The 2023 Pinot Blanc is a dry, vibrant white wine that offers exceptional value and typicity — a perfect introduction to Alsace’s refreshing white wines.
TASTING NOTES
The 2023 vintage is light, crisp, and delightfully aromatic. The nose offers lifted floral notes of acacia blossom, supported by hints of zesty lemon, white peach, and candied apple. The palate is clean and mineral, with bright citrus-driven acidity that extends the finish and adds a refreshing lift. A beautifully balanced, dry Pinot Blanc with elegance and finesse.
