ABOUT
Toutain have been producing spirit from the top cru, Pays d'Auge, since 1921, and are family owned (now in their 5th generation). This Vieux Calvados has been aged for at least 8 years, initially in 30 - 40 hl oak barrels before being transferred to smaller, 15 - 20 hl ones.
TASTING NOTES
It has a wonderful appley flavour and can be drunk as an aperitif (straight on ice or in a cocktail) or as a digestif served at room temperature to allow enough time to air. Smooth, with flavours of apple and wood. It is fresh, mineral and slightly peppery.

Orders of any value can be collected for free from either of our retail stores. Greater London next day deliveries will cost £10 for orders below £150 and are free above that.

WHAT DOES “NEXT DAY DELIVERY” MEAN?
All our shipments in mainland UK and Greater London are shipped next day. Cut off time for a next day delivery is 12PM. Next day is only available on working days. Shipment can be delayed because of external factors.
