ABOUT THE WHISKY
An excellent 12 year old limited bottling from James Eadie. Finished for 11 months in first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead casks and bottled at cask strength with no chill filtering. Only 325 bottles.
On the nose, there are tangy red berries, with Bakewell tart, milk chocolate and banana split. The palate is rich and well-rounded with milky fresh coffee, dark chocolate, fruit cake, nutmeg and cracked pepper. The finish is long lasting, ending on dark chocolate, orange peel and cumin.
