ABOUT THE WINE
Domaine Fillon & Fils is a fourth-generation, family-owned estate located in the heart of Chablis. Known for their precision and respect for terroir, the Fillon family farms their own parcels across the appellation, allowing them to craft authentic Chablis with depth, purity, and balance. The 2023 Chablis 1er Cru 'Les Beauregards' continues their legacy of quality—an elegant and mineral-driven white Burgundy from one of the region’s most admired Premier Cru vineyards.
TASTING NOTES
Harvested from 35-year-old vines rooted in classic Kimmeridgian limestone, this Premier Cru wine is aged on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity. The 2023 vintage delivers crystalline aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and crushed oyster shell, with subtle hints of fresh herbs and white flowers. On the palate, it is tightly structured yet generous, with flavours of citrus peel, flinty minerality, and a gentle creaminess that lingers on the long, saline finish. A beautifully balanced Chablis that expresses both freshness and finesse.
