ABOUT THE GIN
Handcrafted in Norfolk, at a farm halfway between the monastery houses of Walsingham and Castle Acre, Archangel Gin uses locally sourced botanicals, including juniper, verbena, wheat and rye, along with crisp, pure Walsingham water to produce an exceptional, complex gin. Their recipe and methods are drawn from examples of best-practice in distilleries throughout the world. Their gin is non-chill-filtered to retain the maximum amount of flavour possible.
TASTING NOTES
Juniper forms the base of the aromas, with verbena and orange peel adding a zesty citrus note. On the palate, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and cardamom provide a rich, flavoursome experience. Deliciously smooth and wonderfully refreshing with tonic.
FOOD PAIRING
Best served on the rocks, with high-quality tonic water and a slice of orange.
