A fruity, fresh and honeyed nose, with fresh apple juice, beeswax, vanilla custard and buttered toast. Like the nose, the palate has fresh and fruity rhubarb, blackberry and malt loaf, with mouth-coating waxy, blueberry jam undertones. The finish is white and milk chocolate, gooseberries and cream.
