ABOUT THE WINE
Vincent Prunier has come a long way since 1988, when he had only 2 hectares to work with; 30 years later he now has 13 hectares in Auxey-Duresses, Saint Romain, Meursault, Chassagne, Puligny and Saint Aubin. By the end of the 1990s his estate had already begun earning a reputation for excellent quality and consistency, derived from hard work in the vineyard and carefully controlled yields.
TASTING NOTES
Golden in colour, with aromas of white flowers, grapefruit, fresh almond and apricot evolving towards hazelnuts and dried fruit. The palate is rich with peach and toasted brioche notes; beautiful mineral finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Pair with full-flavoured fish like mackerel, salmon and white meats in rich sauce.
