ABOUT THE WINE
Created in 1895 by the wine-growers of Ribeauvillé, Cave de Ribeauvillé - being the oldest cooperative in France - is a pioneer winery in Alsace. Even today, from generation to generation, the winegrowers perpetuate the same solidarity and the same willingness to progress. The collection range has the aim to represent the Alsace grape varieties - wines that are flavourful and versatile, each with its own individual personality - and showcasing their true expression.

TASTING NOTES
This Gewürztraminer is the most aromatic wine of all. Intense and explosive nose of spices and litchis. A supple attack in the mouth with a good lingering. This balanced wine is held with a mature acidity that brings freshness and finesse. To be enjoyed young to take advantage of its aromatic richness. It will age favorably for 2 to 6 years. Serve between 8 and 10°C.

FOOD PAIRING
Enjoy this Gewürztraminer as an aperitif, with spicy food (Mexico, Morocco, India), cooked fish, exotic and spicy recipes, soft cheeses and rinsed-rind cheeses or pastries.

FRIARWOOD SAYS
This is a full bodied and generous wine with pure fruit and ample floral character.
