ABOUT THE WINE
Domaine Bassac is a family estate ran by the ninth generation of the Delhon family. Situated in Puisalicon, a small medieval village in the heart of Languedoc, between mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The Bassac vineyards covers over 80 hectares and 53 plots in the heart of the Côtes de Thongue.
Pale yellow visually, aromatic and slightly floral. Medium-sweet. On the palate a hint of citrus and delicious peach finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, salads and lightly fruity desserts not too sweet.
A light sweet 'moelleux' wine. Clean and rich with good acidity and freshness.
