ABOUT THE WINE
The Bouzereau family has been vine growers for over 10 generations. This heritage is shared by the vineyards themselves, which are maintained through massale selection, whereby high quality pre-phylloxera vines are selected from the current vine stock and propagated to replace dying vines. This technique improves the biodiversity in Vincent's vineyards, reflected in his sensational wines. The winemaking at the domaine is traditional, foregoing the use of commercial yeast-cultures or enzymes.
TASTING NOTES
Light golden in appearance; flowers and brioche are the most pronounced aromas. Rich but not heavy with great longevity.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent with salmon and asparagus, but with enough weight to pair with chicken, grilled vegetables, and strong cheese.

A superbly poised, balanced expression of Meursault.
