ABOUT THE WINE
Guy Roulot pioneered single-vineyard bottlings in Meursault and a winemaking style marked by distinct minerality. When his son, Jean-Marc, took over he consolidated Roulot’s iconic status by committing to pure and expressive winemaking. No wonder their wines are considered some of the world’s finest.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose you'll find aromas of crisp orchard fruit, white flowers and toasted almonds. A medium to full-bodied and enveloping wine with a ripe core of fruit and bright acidity. A mineral, cirtusy, bone-dry and beautifully balanced wine.
FOOD PAIRING
A fantastic paring with seafood, white fish, chicken and even cured meats or pasta with lighter or creamy sauces.
