The Meulière family have been independent wine growers and producers of Chablis since the end of the 19th century. Nicolas and Vincent are the latest in 5 generations of sons, and carry the knowledge that has been passed down by four preceding generations. Both have also graduated from the Beaune College, Nicolas specializing in winemaking, and Vincent is responsible for the viticulture. In 2000, the family invested in a state-of-the-art, air conditioned winery.

Vigorous, full-bodied, mineral and rich with varied aromas of fruits and flowers. The wine harmonizes power and delicacy. This is a wine capable of great longevity.
