VARIETY: Nebbiolo 100%

GRAPE ORIGIN: This wine comes from a blend of different vineyards grown in Neive and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio (Alba), in the area of production of Barbaresco.

COLOUR: Intense and elegant ruby-red with pleasant orange to the rim.

FLAVOR: Full and fruity, with clear a scent of raspberry, dried violet and geranium; developing spicy scents of cinnamon, vanilla and tabacco.

TASTE: Dry, intense, full-bodied and warm: its structure is delicate thanks to an elegant harmony that has developed with age.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% by vol.

VINIFICATION AND AGING: The vinification is made in traditional wooden vats with frequent pumping over and manual punching down, to keep the cap wet. Then, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months and refined in the bottle for at least 6 months.

FOOD MATCH: Roast meat, poultry; garne, and seasoned cheese.

SERVICE: Serve at 18C.
