VARIETY: Cortese 100%.

GRAPE ORIGIN: Blend of some vineyards grown in Francavilla Bisio and Capriata d'Orba, in the area of production of Gavi.

COLOUR: Straw yellow with good brightness.

FLAVOR: Distinctly fruity, with clear scents of fresh fruit and wild flowers.

TASTE: Dry, full, elegant with a good harmony of alcohol, acidity and extract.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% by vol.

VINIFICATION AND AGING: After the soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in the stainless steel vats with careful temperature control. After aging for several some months in stainless steel, the Gavi is bottled and is aged further.

FOOD MATCH: Fish and vegetables, delicate entrées and grilled fish.

SERVICE: Serve in wine-glasses at 10-12 °C.
