VARIETY: Nebbiolo 100%

GRAPE ORIGIN: The vineyards are located in the communes of Barolo, La Morra and Novello in area of production of Barolo.

COLOUR: Bright and intense, with ruby red tones.


FLAVOR: FuIl with red fruit aromas.


TASTE: Dry, full-bodied and harmonious.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% by vol.

VINIFICATION AND AGING: The vinification is made in traditional wooden vats with floating mash cap, frequent pumping over and manual punching down the cap. Then, according to the vintage, the wine is aged in the cellar far at least 3 years, of which 2 in oak barrels. It is then bottle aged for at least 6 months.

FOOD MATCH: Roasted meat, game, stew, braised meat and seasoned cheese.

SERVICE: Serve in large wine-glasses at 18C.
