PAUL DANGIN – CELLES SUR OURCES
The family-run Paul Dangin House has been making wine for several generations from their own vineyards situated on the slopes of the Côtes des Bar in the southern part of the Champagne region.

The Cuvée ‘Carte Or’ is made up of 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier and is rested on its lees for up to 24 months before bottling. This gives a toasty complexity and richness to this fresh and elegant Cuvée.
