Down to earth and blissfully un-commercial in his approach to wine making, is just one of the reasons why we enjoyed his company so much. His wines show a real expression of his grapes; unlike many of the more ‘modern’ producers. All Coche Bouillot’s wines are elegant, mineral and floral in style, with fantastic poise and structure.
