A graduate from Dijon University, Gilles Remoriquet represents the fourth generation of winemakers in his family. Like many winemakers of his generation, Gilles has totally embraced new techniques such as “microxygénation”, and investments were made in a new winery in 1998. However, he has not forgotten where he comes from and his wines respect tradition and terroir.

A relatively light style of Nuits St George, very supple and elegant and showing great finesse.
