Domaine owner Yves Cheron cultivates vines just below the Dentelles de Montmirail on pebbled clay soils that lend complexity and power to his wines.

Made from old vine Grenache with small amounts of Syrah and Mouvèdre, this powerful, heady wine is bursting with warmth and flavours of blackberries, chocolate and coffee bean.
Unfiltered and aged in underground cellars the wine is then bottled at the Estate.
