Ormer Bay wines are produced in Citrusdal, gateway to the Cederberg Mountain Range and up-and-coming wine region of the Western Cape. Here, due to the high altitude and cool mountain breezes, grapes reach optimum physiological ripeness. Hand harvesting and judicious use of modern vinification techniques ensures the resultant wines are packed with fruit and thoroughly modern in style.

This unoaked Chardonnay displays typical aromas of pears, pineapple, honeydew melon and ginger spice. These characteristics follow-on to a racy, yet flavoursome palate.
