Laurent Pillot took the helm of his father’s grape growing business when he was in his twenties. In a single vintage he had revolutionised the business into an Estate bottled wine producer. At the heart of his belief, is ‘terroir’, or the unique grape growing environment that he tends. One shake of Laurent’s hand shows the hard work and hours he spends in the vineyard year on year.

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in one third new oak barrels. The wines are always terroir driven with yellow fruit, flower. Powerful and structured yet with depth and finesse; finishing with a distinctly mineral finish.
