The Chartron family used to be the owners of ‘Chartron et Trebuchet’ the famous Burgundian négociants. Having always been based in Puligny Montrachet, they decided to realise their dream, to start up a totally quality driven boutique Domaine from Puligny Montrachet and Montrachet. It would showcase the elegance and complexity that can be achieved from their outstanding vineyards in the locality.

100% barrel fermented, 30% new oak, 11 months on its lees, results hints of walnut, toasted bread and mineral notes. Slight floral notes, and only lightly and delicately oaked on the palate.
