Chateau Saint Georges 2008

Chateau Saint Georges is a blend of 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc.  50% of the oak barrels used for aging are renewed each year, and the wine is aged in the barrels for 15 to 18 months.  Approximately 250,000 bottles are produced annually.

Gorgeously aromatic with spicy rich black fruit and chocolate truffles on the nose. The palate is luscious and exotic, packed full of blackberries and cream with hints of coffee, dark chocolate and coconut.
