DELORD
Founded in the 19th Century, this winery is a family concern, with Jacques Delord and his two sons running the entire production of 11 hectares in the tiny village of Lannepax. Distillation takes place in November and the spirit is at least 15 years old. They have carefully maintained particular casks of every vintage since 1898.
